On the 26th, we met Grandmommy and MawMaw for a little shopping, lunch at Red Lobster and a movie. Yes, we took Lily Grace to her first movie. And we had to pick the longest movie ever!! It was 2 hours and 6 minutes long! She slept for about 45 minutes and watched the rest of it. I was really worried about taking her but she did very good. It was a fun first for us!
Lily Grace has learned to stick her tongue out and she does the funniest thing with it! I can't explain it but you have to see it!
Lily Grace loves Mommy's jewelry!!
Christmas Morning was so much fun at our house. Lily Grace woke up around 8 o'clock ready to open presents. She gave us a little gift by sleeping late! It was a wonderful experience watching our child open up presents on her first Christmas. We will never forget that morning!

Lily Grace's stocking stuffers didn't fit too well in her stocking!
When we got home Christmas Eve, we heard a knock at the door and it was Santa!!! Lily Grace really didn't know what to think about him. He reminded her a lot of Daddy! Every year on Christmas Eve since Marty and I met, he has dressed up like Santa for a few cute pictures. This year was a little more fun having Lily Grace!
For Christmas Eve evening, we spent it with Pop's side of the family at Uncle Steve and Aunt Cheryl's house. It was great to see everyone and have some fun playing a "dirty" little game - Dirty Santa.
Christmas Eve afternoon, we had Christmas with my immediate family at Grandmommy's. Lily Grace got lots of fun toys to play with and pretty clothes. Her favorite was probably the Leap Pad "baby computer" and the BIG counting Lily. My favorite of her toys was the beautiful GOTZ doll. Thank you all for all the gifts!
Look how pretty her doll is! Lily Grace wanted her out if the box.
She really loved Lily from Aunt Kirsten. She has a smaller one that we have to carry everywhere, now she has a really big one.
Christmas wears Pop out!!!
Last Sunday afternoon, Lily Grace got a surprise visit from her friend Lawson at Grandmommy's house. He is one day older than Lily Grace and they are so cute together! The first second they laid eyes on each other, they started smiling from ear to ear. They were so excited and he bounced up and down so much Lily Grace couldn't keep her eyes on him. I wish we could see them more!
Uh-oh, watch out!!! They were getting a little too close, haha!
They couldn't take their eyes off of each other, how sweet!
Later that day, Lily Grace played a few tunes for the family. I think the piano is her new favorite thing to play with. She didn't want to stop playing.
Last Saturday night we had Christmas with Marty's immediate family in Cullman at Pat and Brandi's house. It was lots of fun!!
Lily Grace loved her Panda Bear the kids got her. Thank y'all!!
The Girls playing with the toys
Pretty Madilyn, wow she is growing up too fast!
As we were saying goodbye, Braiden was crying so Lily Grace started patting his little arm. It was so sweet! Then he wouldn't stop crying, so she started crying, too. It was really funny.
