Saturday was Daddy's 33rd Birthday! We had a great day celebrating it. We took Lily Grace to Wings to meet Grandmommy and Pop for lunch. They offered to take her out for the day so that Marty and I could celebrate his birthday alone! It was the first time we have gone out on a date in a very long time. We were very excited!
They took Lily Grace to watch the new Ice Age movie. A funny story about the movie. I told them that the movie was in 3D and I thought they all were. So all three of them sat in the theater with their glasses on and after a little while of nothing happening, Pop looked around and saw that no one else was wearing the glasses! So, if you want to watch Ice Age in 3D, make sure you go at the right time, ha! Lily Grace loves Ice Age 1 and 2 and she is really into Dinosaurs right now so we thought she might really like this movie. They said she never took her eyes of the screen!! I think I might try to take her back to see it in 3D before school starts back.
Marty and I relaxed that afternoon then went out for dinner at Depalmas and watched Transformers 2. It was so nice to spend some time together because we know here in a few weeks that time won't come very often once two kids are around :) Thank you Grandmommy and Pop giving us that time!! And Happy Birthday Marty!! We love you so much and hope you had a wonderful Birthday!

Tucker is on the MOVE!! He is moving around so fast now. He is not quite getting up on his hands and knees completely but he will get up on his knees and then slide forward. And he goes so fast! And of course he goes after Lily Grace. He just loves watching everything little thing she does. They are so cute together.

Monday I went in for my dreaded sugar test. I passed!! I couldn't believe it! I failed by one point with Lily Grace but this time it was very low. I have been having a lot of problems with my sugar being low but I guess they just worry about it being high. My iron was also low so I am now on iron pills for a little while. Hopefully this will help my energy level a little bit! The doctor measured my tummy and he said I was measuring perfect so I guess we are right on track. I have gained a total of 9 pounds so far. Cooper is moving a lot now. I was thinking he was going to be laid back because he didn't move too much at first but now he can't be still! Hopefully he just can't get comfortable in there and things will change when he arrives, ha! You can actually see him move on the outside now. This always weirds Marty out. The Braxton Hicks are coming on more and more and the back pain is awful!! It probably doesn't help wagging around a 30 pound little girl all the time. Lily Grace is actually talking about her baby brother now but I still wonder how much she really understands. She gave him a kiss tonight before she went to bed. And he kicks her when I hold her. Brotherly and sisterly love already beginning :) I am now 26 weeks pregnant and go back for a check up in 4 weeks. After that we start the check ups every two weeks!! I can't believe how fast the time goes by! We have a lot to do before this little one gets here and the time slipping away quickly!
Sunday was Pop's 50th birthday! We spent the night with them Saturday night so we could go to church with Pop and spend the day with him. Him and Marty cooked us some yummy steaks on his new Egg (a charcoal grill) he got. We are so happy Mother got that for him because we have been getting some good grillin' here lately, ribs, chicken, steaks, and more. We hope this keeps up! :) Maw Maw and Granddaddy also came over for lunch. It was a great day and we hope Pop had a great birthday! Him and Mother are both now half a century old as Marty says to aggravate them.
We had the best weekend! Our dear friends, the Camps, asked us up to spend the night with the Friday night. Marty took off work around lunch time Friday and we headed up to Oneonta. After getting there, we went out to eat at a local restaurant for some yummy Italian. Lily Grace enjoyed her noodles and bread. After dinner we went back to Don and Brooke's house. We played with Lily Grace and talked til about 1:3o in the morning! The next morning we got ready to hit the pool. Lily Grace had been wanting to get in the "pond" since we got there the day before. She had even got a hose pipe and stuck it in the water to fish. (She has learned this from her Pop and Granddaddy. Both take her to their ponds to fish just about every visit.) The rest of the day we swam, played, talked, and spent some great time together. The Camps are like family to us and we miss them already! We can't wait to our next get together hopefully soon!
Last Thursday was an action packed day! First, Lily Grace and I got up and headed to Tuscaloosa for a free movie that morning. I really wish I would have known about this during the month of June because we missed 4 weeks of free movies! It is so great they are doing! Lily Grace really enjoyed it. We had already seen the movie before (since they are older movies) but it is great to see it on the big screen! We are looking forward to the next three weeks to see some more movies! After the movie we went to Northport Diner to eat lunch together. Lily Grace and I love some vegetables and this is the best place to get some in T-town. After lunch we headed to Berry. Our first stop was Maw Maw and Granddaddy's house. She played a lot with Granddaddy and talked their ears off! They really enjoyed the visit from her. Then we went over to Uncle Kenneth and Aunt Shelia's house to see Ben and Beth. They were down for a visit too. Lily Grace has not had the chance to be around them much but they had a blast playing together. After that we went to Grandmommy and Pop's house to visit. Then to Dan and Krisha's house for a baby clothing party. I got a cute matching set for Lily Grace and Cooper next spring. They should make good portraits! Lily Grace loved seeing the twins. I regret I don't have pictures from there. Danni Kate was there, too. Lily Grace kept going around kissing all the babies' heads. It was too sweet. Finally, we headed to Fayette for dinner with Grandmommy and Tucker. Whew! It was busy and Lily Grace was so sweet all day without a nap!!! We slept hard that night!!
...then running to the living room collapsing on the floor laughing so hard! They made us all tired just watching them!Last Wednesday we went outside to our little pool to get some rays but we were surprised when there were no rays!! It was actually cold to me! But of course that did not stop Lily Grace. She did not want to get out. Finally a little thunder got her out because she is a little scared of thunder right now. Lily Grace kept saying "It's dark! The sun is behind the clouds. Come out sun!"
