I took Lily Grace to the doctor yesterday for her 2 Year check-up. She did much better than usual. She still screamed every time the doctor touched her but at least she stopped so I could hear him talk! It was funny, before he came in she pushed a chair up against the door and asked me to lock the door. Lily Grace is definitely not a very fond of doctors. She weighed close to 30 lbs. and was 35 inches long. The weight has not changed in a long time but she is getting taller. She was in the 75th percentile in both weight and height. She got a prick in the finger and a shot in the leg but did pretty well with it. She stopped crying as soon as it was over. She really liked her purple bandaids.
Sunday she broke out in a rash on her face. The doctor did not know what it was so he gave her an antibiotic cream for it. Hopefully it will be cleared up for pictures on Saturday, HA! He said she would always break out 100 times worse than normal people because of her eczema. Any little thing will make her skin have a reaction. She also had fluid on her ears and has a little cough. Today she ran a fever of 100.5. Hopefully she will be completely well soon. She was not scheduled to go back until she turns 3 but because of her ears and rash, we go back in a month.
