Doctor Check Up

Yesterday we took Lily Grace to Children's Hospital for a check-up on her eczema. Her eczema has still not gotten any better. We have seemed to try everything! The doctor was really sweet there. Lily Grace still screamed the entire time when the doctor and nurse was in there but they were so nice. She said we were on the right track and doing everything we should do but she added a few more things for us to do each day. Eczema is a lot of work but hopefully it will get somewhat better soon. The doctor said that we will never cure her eczema but we will do all we can to keep her comfortable. Hopefully she will grow out of the worse parts of the breakouts by around the age of 4 or 5. Just say a little prayer for Lily Grace because she is in a lot of pain a lot of the time but hopefully she will get some relief soon.

This was a different facility from the one we visited for her seizures. It was so nice. I wish every doctor's office had all these toys! She had the best time playing. (This was before we saw the doctor, HA!)


She fell asleep while screaming at the doctor and stayed asleep until we got home. She was OUT!
At home, she found every single stuffed rabbit she had to hold on to. ONLY the rabbits, too funny.

    so sorry to hear LG is still having troubles with eczema. i hope it gets better for her (and you too.) you're a good mama for taking such good care of her.
