I can't believe another year as come and gone, and now my baby girl is 3 years old. She isn't a baby anymore. It breaks my heart. She is turning more and more into a "big girl" everyday. But truly she will always be my baby no matter how old she is. Lily Grace is such a sweetheart, she is so funny, she is sassy, she is a little mother to her brother, she is wonderful! She is the best daughter a Mother and Father could ask for. I couldn't ask for anything more. She is such a smart girl, too. She knows her alphabet and recognizes a good bit of letters (on good days), she knows all her shapes, colors, and numbers. She is still speaking some Spanish that she learns from Dora. She says some of the wildest and smartest things sometimes. We have no idea where they come from but we are always amazed. Probably from all the movies she watches. Yes, she still loves movies! She loves to play pretend, dress up, hide-n-seak, with rocks, and just about anything else. She has a huge imagination! Her favorite meal is chicken, french fries, and corn nuggets. She eats that meal just about everyday. But she does love fruit. She will eat fruit and mayo and bread for the other meal. (She is my daughter.) We still battle with eczema. We hope there will be some changes soon with a new doctor next week. She is still working on the potty training. This was definitely not a one day process! It is taking us a while but she is starting to get the hang of it. She loves her brother so much. I am so thankful for that! She is a big help with him, too. She loves to sing. Now she is singing along at church, too, which is very funny sometimes. She loves to paint or do any kind of art. She tells and retells stories. She would rather be outside than anywhere. She loves being at all three sets of Grandparents' houses for all sorts of different reasons. Oh my goodness, the list could go on and on forever with all the things Lily Grace does, likes, loves, etc. She is so very special and we have loved every second with her and look forward to many, many years to come with her. We thank God everyday for blessing us with such a wonderful gift.
Now here are some pictures from her birthday on May 8th. We had her party this year at Grandmommy and Pop's house. It was exciting and a lot of fun. Lily Grace really likes Alice and Wonderland and enjoys playing tea party with anyone that will play with her. So that is what kind of party we had to have!
